Offboarding Specialist

Red Recruitment is seeking an Offboarding Advisor to join our client, a leading telecoms and technology company. As an Offboarding Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for customers who wish to cancel their services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer requests and internal department communications
- Calculate early termination fees using an internal database and advise customers on contractual obligations
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to agree on termination dates and ensure revenue protection
- Advising third-party suppliers to stop services billed to the business
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
- A customer-focused attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service
