We are seeking a skilled Maintenance/Painter and Decorator to join our team at PRM Developments Lisburn. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across our sites.

Job Description

This role involves all aspects of painting and decorating, including interior and exterior work on properties and their grounds. You must have previous painting experience, your own transport, excellent attention to detail, and be reliable and flexible.

The successful applicant will also work as part of a maintenance team, carrying out various duties and contributing to the overall success of the team. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
