Job Title: Maintenance Craftsman

This is a unique opportunity to work with PRM Developments Lisburn as a skilled painter and decorator. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various painting and decorating tasks across multiple sites, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in painting and decorating, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They must also have reliable transportation and be flexible to meet the demands of the role.

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role:
* Perform all aspects of painting and decorating on both interior and exterior properties and their grounds
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve project objectives
* Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all work

Requirements:
* Previous experience in painting and decorating
* Own transport and driving license
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
