Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing equipment sterilization functions in our ABI manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Use cGMP techniques to clean, prepare, and sterilize small equipment in support of Media Prep, Bacterial, and Viral production.
- Demonstrate good housekeeping practices and fill out process-specific documents accurately and completely.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and train and apply cGMP to assigned work.
- Read and follow MSDS guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
- General understanding of microbiology and cGMP preferred.
Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely.
- Manual dexterity using hands and fingers.
- Constant standing for extended periods of time.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Frequent need to sit, kneel, crouch, and climb.
