Sterilization Technician

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team at Zoetis in Lincoln, NE. As a Sterilization Technician, you will be responsible for performing equipment sterilization functions in our ABI manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, prepare, and sterilize small equipment in support of Media Prep, Bacterial, and Viral production.
- Use cGMP techniques to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Train and apply cGMP principles to assigned work.
- Work in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
- General understanding of microbiology and cGMP preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic Microsoft application skills.
Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely.
- Constant standing for extended periods of time.
- Exposure to temperature variation, disagreeable odors, caustic/hazardous chemicals, and noise.
