About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll provide a comprehensive business-focused service, handling and interpreting volume data to contribute to the provision of accurate insight and business understanding across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Challenge the status quo and drive transformation, innovation, and improvement within the Operations team.
- Develop, implement, and review operational support strategies to ensure operations are continually evolving to meet the demands of the business and customer alike.
- Proactively seek to partner and build understanding of the needs and activity of the Zone Manager teams to help promote an excellent customer service.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Operations teams, support training for staff to ensure that people are engaged, focused, and delivering to their potential.
- Maximise proficiency in working on all aspects of master data development, systems improvement, and the strategic roll out of the tablet-based KPI systems.
- Maintain a strong compliance culture, leading appropriate preparation activity with the Operations functions to ensure all auditable documentation is accurate and up to date.
