Job Title: Finance Analyst - Factory Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team in Factory Operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for waste reporting, monthly forecasting, and budgeting processes for factory overheads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee weekly and monthly financial processes for factory waste and factory overheads to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of reporting and variance understanding.
  • Own the end-to-end monthly forecasting process for the abovementioned costs, leading with business partners to identify opportunities and ensure risk mitigation tactics are in place.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for costs areas, working with business partners to derive plans to meet challenging targets.
  • Support business partners on understanding their costs, reporting requirements, and cost control within their scope.
  • Refine reports, processes, and monthly reporting to drive quicker and smoother reporting and accurate results.
Requirements:
  • Studying towards or qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA.
  • Successful, proven experience in a similar Finance role.
  • Strong Excel and/or GSuite skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics and business partnering experience preferred.
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to succinctly summarise complex financial information for stakeholders.
  • Drive for development, with guidance from others.
  • Curious and proactive, with a drive to understand problems deeply and anticipate future needs.
