About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Carry out stock replenishment and maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
  • Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they're looking for easily.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
