Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services to clients.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on financial planning and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a firm of accountants.
- Proven experience in financial management and leadership, including team management and development.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software packages, including Iris and Xero.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
