Social Media Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Account Executive to join our team at McCann Bristol. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across consumer and B2B social channels.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid social activity, running social accounts/pages, and developing content. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver creative ideation, campaign activation, community management, audience research, measurement, and tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on paid social activity
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
