Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and overseeing a wide range of accounting functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of accounting tasks.
- Oversee a wide range of accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience in a senior accounting role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
