**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching Support Professional for Special Needs.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide tailored support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to work one-on-one or in small groups with students who require additional support due to special educational needs.
  • You will assist in the implementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans, helping each student to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing regular updates to the SENCO and teaching staff will be an essential part of your responsibilities.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**

Prior experience working with students with special educational needs would be advantageous but not essential. A genuine enthusiasm for supporting SEN students, combined with patience and empathy, are key qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.

The salary for this position is £28,500 per annum, commensurate with experience. As a member of our team, you will have opportunities to engage in continuous professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
