This role is a key position in driving the digital roadmap, analysing data, and developing strategies to enhance the user experience across Search, Merchandise, and Personalisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the digital optimisation lead in creating a product discoverability roadmap.
- Enhance onsite search optimisation to achieve business goals.
- Oversee customer-centric merchandising strategies.
- Manage digital projects from concept to delivery.
- Utilise customer data for personalisation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experiences during key events.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships.
- Mentor the optimisation team.
- Align team efforts with strategic objectives.
- Work with the experimentation team on AB testing.
- Identify and address customer pain points using data insights.
- Oversee weekly trade reporting.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular review and refinement of optimisation processes, tools, and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital optimisation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in onsite search optimisation and merchandising tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with A/B testing and data interpretation experience.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with analytical tools like GA and ContentSquare.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party tools.
