Lead for Suicide Prevention and Clinical Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced and skilled clinician to join our team as the Lead for Suicide Prevention and Clinical Risk. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for coordinating and leading our approach to suicide prevention and clinical risk assessment and management at both strategic and clinical levels.
Key Responsibilities- Embed suicide prevention principles across clinical pathways, service developments, and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with partners at local, regional, and national levels to progress a community approach to suicide prevention
- Provide expert leadership, advice, and support to multidisciplinary teams, patients, and carers
- Develop and co-ordinate implementation of the Trust approach to the reduction and harm minimisation of self-harm and suicide prevention
- Act as an ambassador for the Trust in local, regional, and national suicide prevention activity
