Lead for Suicide Prevention and Clinical Risk

We are seeking an experienced and skilled clinician to join our team as the Lead for Suicide Prevention and Clinical Risk. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert leadership and advice to multidisciplinary teams on suicide prevention and clinical risk management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive approach to suicide prevention and clinical risk assessment across the trust.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of suicide prevention and clinical risk management initiatives.
- Provide training and education to staff on suicide prevention and clinical risk management.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to suicide prevention and clinical risk management.
- Work closely with patients, families, and carers to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Current professional registration as a clinician.
- Considerable experience of working as a senior clinician in mental health.
- Experience of working in a suicide prevention role or capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
