About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cleaner to join our team at Trident Group, a leading provider of housing and support services. As a key member of our onsite cleaning business, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality cleaning and laundry service to our residents and the wider community.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of health and hygiene regulations and be able to work independently as part of a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will include 6am – 12pm and 12pm – 6pm.

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and has experience in providing a high-quality cleaning service. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Trident Group has over 60 years' experience of delivering homes, services, and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. The Group employs more than 750 staff, works with over 150 volunteers, and provides training places and apprenticeships for many more.
