Job Title: BANK Community Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team on a bank basis. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified and experienced in care
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
