Creative Support is seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team in Dudley, providing exceptional person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities living in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will possess a warm, caring, and empowering approach to supporting people within their own homes, with a strong focus on leading a team to provide high-quality support and empowering individual needs of service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, managing, and mentoring a team of staff to ensure the highest standard of support is provided.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Providing outcome-focused support to enable service users to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
