Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing assistance to our service users in their own homes, requiring strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities and engage with service users to provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided and any observations made.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to follow and implement support plans effectively.
  • Must be a car driver.
  • Experience working with young adults with behaviours that challenge and learning disabilities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £13.00-£15.00 per hour.
  • On-site parking for convenient commuting.
