SIPP Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our SIPP team as a highly organized and detail-focused administrator. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support in managing SIPP operations, ensuring quality service and adherence to service levels.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage account opening, taking benefit, contribution, and other documentation with third party administrators.
- Set up and maintain client, portfolio, and account data in 7IM and Pershing systems.
- Complete AML checks for new and existing clients.
- Process contribution payments into the SIPP and set up Direct Debits via GoCardless.
- Complete daily reconciliations and support reconciliation of all SIPP bank accounts.
- Issue correspondence produced by third-party administrators to clients.
- Respond to client queries internally, externally, and via third-party administrator portal.
