Housekeeping and Laundry Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our housekeeping and laundry team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Heathrow Windsor. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
  2. Make beds and fold sheets
  3. Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
  4. Greet guests and take care of requests
  5. Straighten desk items, furniture and appliances
  6. Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings
  7. Vacuum carpets and floor care duties

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and certification.


This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week and may include a variety of shifts (early, middle, late).
