In your role as a Care Assistant at HC-One, you'll value kindness above all. It's a core aspect of our care homes' approach to supporting residents with their physical and emotional well-being.
You'll work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, taking responsibility for assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meals.
Delivering care that comes from the heart is essential. You'll get involved in general activities within the care home, ensuring residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You'll recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if you have concerns.
