We are seeking an experienced Progress Coach in Plumbing to join our team at CV-Library.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the progress of apprentices enrolled in the plumbing Apprenticeship programme.

You will work closely with lecturers, employers, and College staff to ensure effective communication and successful learning outcomes for the apprentice.

Key Responsibilities

">
  1. Organise and conduct progress reviews every 10-12 weeks for all first-year plumbing apprentices.
  2. Monitor attendance and communicate with employers if any issues arise.
  3. Carry out additional progress reviews for other plumbing apprentices in years 2, 3, and 4 as necessary.
  4. Maintain accurate records of the first-year plumbing apprentices' progress and achievement.
  5. Foster effective communication between apprentices, employers, and College staff.
