About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior EIA Consultant to join our team and support our ongoing growth. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will provide technical advice on multidisciplinary environmental inputs across a range of projects and work closely with internal supply teams to ensure that environmental considerations are appropriately considered.
The ideal candidate will have experience on providing technical advice for large and mid-level infrastructure projects, strong competent and up-to-date EIA technical and legislative knowledge, and experience in writing high-quality reports with clear recommendations. They will also have experience in mentoring and managing junior members of the team and be comfortable in preparing fee proposals to generate new business.
Key responsibilities will include leading and providing technical advice on EIAs, coordinating the preparation of EIA screening and scoping reports, liaising with internal supply teams, and managing resources and delegating activities. The role will also involve conducting research and undertaking comprehensive planning appraisals to establish the development potential of sites.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
