We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Pear Recruitment in Hertford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales bids, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage sales bids from initial stages through to final negotiations
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure sales agreements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
