About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Theatre Specialist to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Oxfordshire. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work in our 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility, predominantly specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent patient-focused service, working effectively in a team environment, and independently as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery roles.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Demonstrated computer skills and passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service.
