At GRS, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Scotland. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate risks and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure the updating, management, and archiving of all documentation concerning EHS issues on the project.
  • Support/supervise safety and environmental audits and the correct execution of regulatory inspections.
  • Carry out improvement actions to ensure the implementation of best practices.
  • Respect the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard related to occupational health and safety.
  • Support the EPC BESS Quality Coordinator in quality tasks, participating in the review and negotiation of the quality clauses of contracts in the bidding phase.
  • Review contractual requirements and issue Project Quality Plan, PPIS, and quality procedures.
  • Ensure that suppliers and subcontractors comply with the Quality clauses of EPC contracts during the execution phase.
  • Ensure compliance with the technical requirements of the supplies, as well as the engineering specifications, according to the design.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements during the execution of projects, supervising on-site works.
  • Issue and follow up non-conformities and complaints, perform root cause analysis, propose corrections, corrective, and improvement actions, and resolve them.
  • Manage documentation for Project milestones, ensuring quality requirements are met for each milestone payment.
  • Collect, track, and report Project Quality KPIs.
  • Contribute to the quality culture and improvement in the organization.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Course "International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health".
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • English level B2.
  • High level office package.
  • ISO 9001 training and internal audit desirable.
