At GRS, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Scotland. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our renewable energy projects, from development to operation. Your primary goal will be to exceed client expectations and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate risks, proposing corrective measures to ensure project profitability and minimize warranty claims.
  • Ensure the updating, management, and archiving of all documentation related to EHS issues on the project.
  • Support and perform safety and environmental audits, as well as regulatory inspections, to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standards.
  • Carry out improvement actions to implement best practices and ensure the correct execution of quality tasks.
  • Support the EPC BESS Quality Coordinator in quality tasks, participating in the review and negotiation of quality clauses in contracts.
  • Review contractual requirements and issue Project Quality Plan, PPIS, and quality procedures.
  • Ensure suppliers and subcontractors comply with quality clauses in EPC contracts during the execution phase.
  • Ensure compliance with technical requirements and engineering specifications, as well as contractual requirements during project execution.
  • Issue and follow up non-conformities and complaints, perform root cause analysis, propose corrections, and resolve them.
  • Manage documentation for project milestones, ensuring quality requirements are met for each milestone payment.
  • Collect, track, and report project quality KPIs.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Course "International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health"
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention
  • English level B2
  • High level office package
  • ISO 9001 training and internal audit desirable
