Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Event Planning Manager to join our Global Event Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Your expertise in event planning, logistics, and stakeholder management will ensure seamless delivery of these events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for venues, services, and supplies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as event management or marketing.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and budget management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
