About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commis Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at Dakota Glasgow. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals to the highest standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Be flexible with shift patterns and available to work around the needs of our business.
  • Contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
