Electronic Monitoring Support Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our electronic monitoring team as an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic tagging service.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
- Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Requirements
- BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Working Arrangements
- Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
- Working Hours: Shift pattern: 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
- Training: 1 day online training and induction
