Your Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and driving business performance. You'll work closely with the Centre Manager to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate high standards of customer service">
  • Work closely with the Centre Manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes">
  • Manage daily sales and customer service operations to drive business growth">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor centre performance">
  • Identify and address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction or business performance">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills">
  • Able to motivate and develop a high-performing team">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
  • A current valid driving license">
  • IT proficient with a willingness to learn in-house systems">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,136 per annum, plus an average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year. You'll also enjoy 5.6 weeks' annual leave, discounts on garage bills, and access to a range of benefits including health cash plan, pension scheme, and life assurance.
