Job Title: Heavy Machinery Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Machinery Operator to join our team at FM Conway's Aldershot Asphalt Plant. As a critical member of the production team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery to facilitate the production of high-quality materials for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery in compliance with FM Conway's safety procedures
  • Loading of material onto vehicles in a timely and accurate manner
  • Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required to maintain optimal production levels
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the weighbridge and associated systems
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a full UK driving license, and previous experience operating heavy machinery. A strong understanding of health and safety protocols is essential.
