**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Expert to join our team in Derby.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and energy management, with experience in developing and implementing carbon reduction plans. They will work closely with Senior Managers to deliver projects in a carbon neutral way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement measures and metrics to track the company's progress on the Carbon Reduction Programme.
  • Ensure carbon performance is appropriately featured in bid submissions and tendering processes.
  • Support business units in understanding how to reduce their carbon footprint.
  • Manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders across the business and industry.
  • Travel to promote the role and responsibilities within the company.

About You

You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading change programmes within a large business, preferably in the rail industry. Excellent IT knowledge, including software and systems analysis and data reporting, is also required. Strong relationship building skills and good communication are essential for this role.

What We Offer
