We are seeking a skilled Community Premises Officer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert quality assessment of repairs and maintenance works to community premises and tenants and residents association (TRA) halls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure specialist contractors for the supply of services in accordance with procurement requirements contract standing orders.
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support them with all enquiries relating to management of community assets and TRA halls.
  • Establish and effectively manage the procedures for health and safety across the community asset portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Experience of dealing with the public resolving queries or giving advice.
  • Experience of diagnosing complex building defects and producing specifications for repairs.
  • Experience of managing contractors in a repairs and maintenance environment.
