Leading Our Residential Care Team:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to lead our residential care team, managing a small-sized residence for older people with dementia.

As a registered manager or deputy manager with CQC registration, you will bring your expertise and leadership skills to our team, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a generous package of allowances and perks.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a registered manager or deputy manager with CQC registration
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Prior experience working in a residential care setting
