Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Account Handler to join our team in Edinburgh. As an Assistant Account Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth renewal of our clients' insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare renewal schedules and proactively contact clients to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle new business inquiries and prepare customized quotations for potential clients.
- Utilize negotiation skills to explore alternative quotes and find the best solutions for clients.
- Manage all documentation, including invoices and credit notes, to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to maximize revenue.
- Prioritize client requests and strive for satisfactory outcomes, building strong relationships with our valued clients.
- Adhere to compliance procedures and maintain organized file management.
- Foster positive relationships with insurance companies to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Experience in obtaining information from clients via telephone and email.
- Good customer service skills, both written and oral.
- Good negotiating skills and ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.
- Good organizational ability.
- Hybrid working available upon successful completion of probation.
