About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fitness Sales Consultant to join our team at Bannatyne. As a Fitness Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our memberships to prospective members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members.
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve and exceed membership KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
