About the Role: We are seeking an Accommodation Support Coordinator to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the efficient handling of complex claims.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Adjusters by coordinating appointments, managing claims instructions, and organizing information for reports and inquiries. You will serve as the first point of contact for claimants and brokers/agents, often dealing with high-value and complex claims.

As an Accommodation Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing instructions and building strong client relationships based on trust, respect, and prompt resolution of assignments. You will also coordinate appointments and diary management, handle instructions for emergency work, and provide support with admin tasks, letters, reports, and technical queries.

The key impact of this role is ensuring that claims are managed efficiently, which includes arranging alternative accommodations for claimants when necessary. By proactively managing and challenging building scopes and variations, you will assist in reducing claim lifecycles and associated costs.
