Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at RedCat Pubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a high level of culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train junior team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including preparation, presentation, and plating.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
