About the Role

Vodafone UK is seeking a skilled Retail Property Manager to join our Property Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering all estates functions for our large retail portfolio across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of acquisitions and disposals on advantageous terms in accordance with agreed plans.
  • Oversee a significant headlease and sub-tenant lease renewal programme.
  • Manage both Landlord and tenant relationships across the retail portfolio, including the sub-tenanted estate.
  • Ensure statutory and contractual property payments and receipts, including Commercial Business rates.
  • Deliver the retail strategy, including being accountable for the delivery of operational programmes & targets and ensuring compliance with Company Governance.
  • Effectively manage supporting external suppliers.
  • Estate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proactively input into functional strategy & projects and help define standards & procedures.

About You

  • Proven track record of proactively managing an evolving retail store portfolio.
  • Ability to work closely with and successfully manage external property consultants.
  • Stakeholder-focused and able to readily create relationships across the business, as well as leverage existing relationships across the industry.
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Demonstrable in-depth understanding of commercial property management processes, objectives, and procedures.
  • Communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence, whilst building effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented approach to continuously improve deliverables within large property projects.
