**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly experienced estate agent with 5-10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing a clear strategy, managing a marketing budget, generating leads, and building a local valuation machine.

**Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum**

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A deep understanding of the UK estate agency market and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand values and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong social media skills would be a bonus, but not essential. We're happy to provide support and training to help you develop your skills.
