**Job Description**
We're seeking a highly experienced estate agent with 5-10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing a clear strategy, managing a marketing budget, generating leads, and building a local valuation machine.
**Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum**

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A deep understanding of the UK estate agency market and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
