Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

STERIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and implementing lean principles to enhance efficiency and quality across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive cultural change and improve processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or equivalent engineering/science.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of lean principles, ROI, waste reduction, and ergonomics.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, Microsoft applications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
