\We are excited to offer a Psychology Graduate the chance to gain hands-on experience in a challenging yet rewarding role. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students with diverse needs, developing your skills and expertise in a supportive environment.
\Responsibilities
\- Support students with SEN, including Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L, and SEMH.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENDCO to create personalized learning plans.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to enhance student learning.
- Liaise with school therapists to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications
\- Experience in childcare or supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- You must be resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic, and adaptable.
- A hardworking and driven individual who will exceed expectations.
- Ideal experience in supporting children (4-18) with SEN - Autism, PMLD, SLD, SP&L.
Location and Salary
\The school is located in the Borough of Camden, offering easy access to public transportation. The salary for this role is estimated at £105-£110 per day, providing a competitive rate for a full-time position.
