We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Adore Recruitment Ltd. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and allocating tasks for our maintenance engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • React to facility issues or repair requests and raise jobs on the internal system.
  • Monitor inboxes and coordinate engineer appointments.
  • Problem-solve and work through queries.
  • Work on planned and reactive maintenance requests.
  • Check progress and update clients.
  • Produce purchase orders and close calls.
  • Prepare quotes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Facilities Maintenance Scheduler/Planner.
  • Good geography knowledge for the Southeast.
  • A good electrical knowledge or experience dealing with and managing electricians would be beneficial.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of schedule and maintenance personnel.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
  • A Monday to Friday schedule with 8-4pm office hours.
  • Free onsite parking.
