Delivering for the Community
We are seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.
About the Role
This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, 5 days across Monday to Sunday, between 10:00am and 16:00pm. Due to operational demand, you may be required to work Sundays during peak times.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, paid monthly, with opportunities for overtime at 1.25 times the normal rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You should be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also required.
