About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and bicycles, to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
- Adhere to Royal Mail's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
