Job Title: Care Assistant Nights

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Fleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations and activities that promote their well-being.
  • Support residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focusing on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities.
  • Maintain high standards of care and cleanliness within the care home environment.
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure residents' needs are met.
