The Opportunity: Night Shift Care Assistant - Flexible Hours

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Night Shift Care Assistants. This role offers the flexibility to choose your shifts and contribute to a positive and nurturing atmosphere for our residents.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mealtimes.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities with residents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living space for our residents, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the care home.
