Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the kitchen team, focusing on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Works closely with the head chef to develop and implement seasonal menus, ensuring they align with the company's vision and branding.
  • Ensures all kitchen operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintains open communication with the team, providing guidance and support where needed to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
